Damaged Products

Every Filbert Lone product is thoroughly quality checked before we dispatch as we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. However in the unlikely event you do receive faulty products please contact Filbert Lone on info@filbertlone.co.uk within 48 hours from signing for receipt of your delivery. We can then post replacement items to you.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are stated in British pounds (£GBP). UK VAT will be charged on all orders. Filbert Lone Ltd reserves the right to change product prices and information without prior notice. All products are subject to availability. If a product is temporarily out of stock, please keep checking the website.

All prices exclude VAT, this will be added to your final invoice.

Shipping

Filbert Lone Ltd aims to deliver all mainland UK orders within 2-3 weeks. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within this timescale please contact us on info@filbertlone.co.uk

Payment

Upon placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Filbert Lone acknowledging your order. Payment is kindly required upon receiving this acknowledgement and prior to artwork proofs being sent via email for approval. We will send an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
